When a customer order from you, you want to make sure that fraud is checked rigorously to avoid headache afterwards..
But what saddens me today as I was reviewing one of the order is that, an online fraud check software adviced me this:
This order is very high risk, and we suggest you not accept it. The order is slightly riskier because the e-mail domain, hotmail.com, is a free e-mail provider. The order is riskier because it comes from a country associated with high levels of fraud
When I tried to check an order coming from my country: Indonesia
My oh my.. to be honest, I am sad.. I know with all the bad press Indonesia received.. I am just completely saddened by the sentence:

I am not on denial..but I am left speechless…

I feel really sorry for you - it is always the overwhelming majority of the the good who suffer from the damage the few bad ones inflict on the reputation of all.
The good news however is the gradual, consistent improvement of Indonesia’s image in the world.
