my Job hunting process is going according to my plan, At least according to me..
All I can do now, is focus focus and focus.. Let the best plan bestow upon me

Good luck on the choice of your job. But don’t worry about the female mystery - as a worn warrior on the battlefield of love I can assure you the main difference is small ( like the French say: “Vive la petite différence” = Hail to the little difference), but the other one is that women tend to feel a lot and want to talk a lot about these feelings ( of their own and others’), and men tend to skip the bullshit and want immediate action to do something about the presumed problem.
